How to use:

Inhale directly by adding few drops on a tissue or to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your lungs and room.

Steam inhaling by adding few drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in oil-infused steam.

To use topically, Dilute with a carrier oil and massage gently on your chest, over the sinuses, around cheekbones and above eyebrows.
